* Registrants are required to provide a signed Participant Waiver to participate in this event.
The Participant Waiver is available on this website for registrants to read, print, sign, and bring to the event. Participant Waivers will also be available to sign onsite the day of the event.
** Online registrants are eligible for one free complimentary Miles for Matt Hershey 5K Walk Event T-shirt per each Adult or Child online registration purchased. To receive your complimentary T-shirt, you must register on or before April 20, 2024. Miles for Matt Hershey 5K Walk Event T-shirts also will be available for purchase onsite the day of the event.

To register multiple participants with one payment method:

Select the participant type.

Then check if you would like a shirt with that registration.

Select the shirt size, if you chose a shirt.

Click the Add to Cart button to add the registration item to your PayPal shopping cart.

Click Continue Shopping near the top right of the screen to return to MilesForMattHershey.org

If your web browser notifies you that you are about to leave or close the current window, click Yes.

Repeat above steps as necessary.
